Woman, 45, taken to hospital after brawl at Sydney wedding

A 45-year-old woman has been hospitalised after a brawl broke out at a wedding in Sydney's south-west.

Police were called to a venue in Bankstown about 11pm yesterday.

Upon arrival, officers were told several people had been fighting.

Paramedics treated a 45-year-old woman at the scene for injuries.

She was taken to Bankstown Hospital in a stable condition.

Police have commenced an investigation into the cause of the brawl.
