A man has been charged with multiple offences after a woman was allegedly thrown from a balcony in Sydney's west over the weekend.
Police were called to a street in Merrylands West about 7.50pm on Sunday to complete a welfare check.
The woman was found and treated by paramedics for serious injuries.

She was taken to hospital in a stable condition and a crime scene was established.
Police arrested a 34-year-old man at a unit in Warwick Farm about 9am yesterday.
He was taken to Liverpool Police Station where he was charged with three offences including breaching an Apprehended Domestic Violence Order, intentionally choking a person with recklessness and assault occasioning in actual bodily harm (DV).
The man was refused police bail to appear before Liverpool Local Court on March 19.
