A second man has been charged over a vandalism spree in Sydney's east last week.
At about 12.30pm on Thursday, November 21, police were called to a burning car on Wellington Street, Woollahra.
Firefighters quenched the blaze but the car was destroyed.

Police allege the burned car and nine others along Wellington Street, Tara Street, Fullerton Street, and Ocean Street, had been graffitied.
Images from the scene appeared to show spray-painted slogans on the cars including "F--- Israel".
Police estimated the total value of damage to the cars at more than $70,000.
Three buildings on Ocean Street and Fullerton Street were also allegedly graffitied, causing an estimated $20,000 to $30,000 worth of damage.

At about 9.45am yesterday, police arrested a 19-year-old man at a home on Queen Street, Arncliffe.
He was charged with 21 offences, including property destruction, and was refused bail to appear in court yesterday.
A 20-year-old man was previously charged in connection with the alleged vandalism and remains before the courts.
