A woman who disappeared after her car broke down in remote Victoria on Friday may already have returned to Melbourne - but has still not been in contact with family, police say.
Point Cook woman Samantha, 33, was last seen when her grey Kia Sportage broke down on the Princes Highway, Tamboon, at about 8.15am on Friday, April 26.
Initially it was thought that she may have disappeared while hitch-hiking.

However, police now believe Samantha may have travelled on a train from Bairnsdale to Melbourne later on the Friday.
It is believed she may have been at a shopping centre on Centreway in Mount Waverley.
Police and family have concerns for Samantha's welfare due to a medical condition, as well as her silence being out of character.
Samantha was last seen wearing a blue/grey fleece top, jeans and runners.
Anyone who sights Samantha is urged to contact Bairnsdale Police Station on (03) 5150 2600.
