Multiple communities have been told to evacuate now in south-east Queensland as deadly bushfires tear through the western Darling Downs.
"Leave immediately" warnings have been posted for Tara, Wieambilla, Kogan, Goranba, Weranga, and Milmerran Woods.
People in those areas have been warned it will soon be too dangerous to drive away, and that they risk their lives by staying.

One body has already been found in the wake of the blaze at Tara.
The human remains were found late last night, and the investigation into the death is in its initial stages, police have said.
Multiple homes have also been destroyed.

Residents have been told to head to the Western Downs evacuation centre if they do not have a safe place to go.
